By requesting an invitation, registering as a partner, or using pearlcircle.vip, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
Membership
- Membership to Pearl Circle is by invitation only. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
- Approved members must set a password and complete payment of the current annual membership fee to activate their account.
- Membership is valid for one year from the date of activation and does not renew automatically.
- Pearl Circle reserves the right to decline, suspend, or revoke membership at its discretion, including for misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.
Payments
Membership fees are processed securely through Ziina. All fees are quoted in AED (UAE Dirhams). Membership fees are non-refundable once your account has been activated, except where required by law.
Service Providers
Pearl Circle is a curated directory connecting members with independent, third-party service providers. Pearl Circle does not employ, control, or guarantee the work of any provider listed in The Vault. Any agreement, booking, or payment for services is strictly between the member and the provider.
Member Conduct
- Member accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.
- Members agree to use contact details and provider information only for legitimate personal inquiries.
- Abusive, fraudulent, or commercial misuse of the platform may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Limitation of Liability
Pearl Circle makes reasonable efforts to vet providers listed in The Vault but does not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of any service booked with a provider. Pearl Circle is not liable for any dispute, loss, or damage arising from a member's engagement with a third-party provider.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
