From Members
- Full name, email address, and phone number submitted with your invitation request
- Any note or message you include with your application
- A securely hashed password once your account is activated - we never store your password in plain text
- Basic activity such as which service listings you view and messages you send to providers
From Service Providers (Partners)
- Business name, contact name, email, and phone number
- Service listings, descriptions, and pricing you submit
Payment Information
Membership payments are processed by Ziina, a licensed UAE payment provider. Pearl Circle does not collect or store your card number, CVV, or full payment details - these are handled entirely on Ziina's secure payment page. We retain only the payment status, amount, and a transaction reference for your membership record.
How We Use Your Information
- To review and process membership and partner applications
- To activate and manage your account and membership period
- To connect members with service providers they choose to contact
- To send account-related emails - application confirmations, approvals, payment receipts, and password resets
Who Can See Your Information
Your contact details are visible only to Pearl Circle administrators and, if you choose to message a provider, to that specific provider. We do not sell, rent, or share member or provider data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies and Sessions
Pearl Circle uses a session cookie to keep you logged in while browsing the site. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Data Retention
We retain member and provider records for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward for legitimate business and legal record-keeping purposes.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request account deletion, by contacting us directly.
